As with any training program, the following terms and conditions govern
our Cancellation and Refund Policy. By enrolling in our courses, you
agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
- No refund will be provided on discounted courses.

After batch scheduling, if the candidate does not attend the
scheduled training, no refund will be provided.

Refund requests will not be accepted if the candidate has attended
one (1) or more training sessions (online or classroom) or has
accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal. In
such cases, the candidate may attend a future batch within three
(3) months from the cancellation date, subject to batch
availability. This applies only when full course fees are paid.
- Taxes paid are non-refundable in all cases.

If Exponent IT Training & Services cancels a training event, a full
refund will be issued to the candidate.

If a cancellation request is made by a candidate Ten (10) days
or more before the training start date, an administrative charge of
₹5,000 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded
as per policy. Taxes will not be refunded.

Exponent IT Training & Services reserves the right to postpone,
reschedule, change the location of, or cancel an event due to
insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or natural
calamities such as floods, earthquakes, or political instability.

Full training material will be provided only after full payment of
the course fee.

All refunds are subject to approval by the accounts department.
Refund processing may take approximately 30 to 45 working days.

Students are advised to retain payment receipts and enrollment
details for future reference.
Common Terms
By enrolling in any course at Exponent IT Training & Services, you agree
to the following terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at
any time without prior notice.

Students may be requested to provide testimonials, which may be
displayed on our website or social media platforms such as
LinkedIn, YouTube, or Facebook.

Any personal information voluntarily shared publicly by students
may be used for promotional communication. Exponent IT Training &
Services is not responsible for personal data shared publicly by
users.

Course content and delivery methods may be updated from time to
time to maintain quality standards. If a student is dissatisfied,
their sole remedy is to discontinue the service.

Terms and policies are displayed at our premises and on our
website. Students are expected to review them before enrollment.
Right to Reserve
Exponent IT Training & Services reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to refuse service or terminate enrollment if a candidate
violates company policies or shares training materials without
authorization.
Exponent IT Training & Services reserves the right to revise these
policies at any time without prior notice, except by posting updated
terms on the website.
