Job Description

The Customer Support Associate (CSA) responds to customer queries and provides resolutions, support, and assistance for existing/new service queries. The role ensures fast, friendly, and effective service with accurate solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls on various issues
  • Update and process information accurately
  • Resolve customer problems timely
  • Take ownership and deliver on commitments
  • Liaise with internal teams for unresolved queries
