Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive – Technical Support, you will support existing customers by handling inbound calls, understanding their issues, and providing technical solutions.

  • Provide support via phone, voice, video calls & remote tools (AnyDesk).
  • Visit client sites for installations, training & support if required.
  • Travel across Maharashtra (and India if required) 5–6 times/month.
  • All travel, lodging & food expenses will be provided in advance.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate technology solutions
  • Promptly answer customer support calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  • Conduct online & onsite installations and training
  • Provide online and offline technical support
  • Handle additional technical issues as assigned
Skills Required
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware, Networking & Software
  • Networking: LAN, MAN, VPN, Bus Topology
  • OS troubleshooting & antivirus knowledge
  • Understanding of printers & computer hardware
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn & travel
  • Aptitude: Reasoning, Logic & Maths
